| CHOSEN, Inc. was established almost 40 years ago to provide mission hospitals around the world with good medical equipment and supplies. Over the years, we have collected, through donations, home health care items that we are able to lend out to the community at no cost. We accept all home health care items except hospital beds. We have limited quantities of most home care items. If you wish to borrow, please contact about availability. Hours: Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 4 p.m. |

| The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a non-profit organization that provides services to anyone who is diagnosed with any of the 43 neuromuscular diseases covered under MDA. The MDA loan closet provides used equipment to anyone who is in need, and is registered with the MDA. Hours of operation are 9a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday. |

| The National MS Society's loan closet is available to individuals with MS who are registered with the Society. Depending on the item for loan, there is usually no cost or time limit of use, to the individual. Donations are accepted. Please call the Erie Branch for availability of the desired item. |

| Loans of equipment for short term use, generally up to 2 months, to residents of the community of North East, PA. Equipment includes wheelchairs, walkers, bedside commodes, hi-rise toilet seats, and quad canes. There is no charge for the equipment loan. Equipment is not professionally maintained but is in good condition. We do not accept equipment that requires repairs. All loans are based upon availability of the equipment and must be picked up at the office, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Office is located behind McCord Library. |
